About Green Circle Projects
Green Circle Projects is an entrepreneurial Family Office managing investments across commercial real estate, private equity, public markets, and nonprofit initiatives. As we continue to grow, we're expanding how we use AI to support investment analysis, portfolio oversight, reporting, and internal workflows.
This person will work closely with our Director of Investment & Planning to support investment underwriting, owner-side asset management, portfolio reporting, and AI-enabled workflow development.
About the Role
This role brings together three complementary areas of expertise:
Investment Analysis & Underwriting
Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and performance analysis.
Owner-Side Asset Management
Monitor and evaluate the performance of investments while working alongside third-party property managers and investment partners to ensure business plans and financial objectives are achieved.
AI Workflow Development
Design and improve AI-assisted processes for reporting, document review, institutional knowledge management, and recurring investment workflows.
The ideal candidate brings experience in all three areas. However, we encourage candidates to apply if they have strong AI capabilities combined with meaningful experience in either investment analysis or asset management.
What You'll Do
Investment & Asset Management (70%)
- Support the asset management of the portfolio by documenting and tracking all current and prospective investments across all asset classes.
- Use AI to build and improve workflows and automations for standardized investment executive summaries, dashboards, analysis documents, worksheets, and investment database records.
- Build, review, and maintain financial models for underwriting, valuation, asset performance, capital structures, and return analysis.
- Support research, diligence, and underwriting for prospective investments, including review of third-party models and presentations.
- Monitor investment performance, risks, capital needs, financing obligations, and other material developments.
- Participate in investor, lender, property manager, and other investment-related meetings, calls, and updates.
- Turn investment documents, meetings, and reporting into updated models, performance records, executive summaries, and decision-support materials.
- Maintain the real estate and investment database, including investment and financing structures, and develop supporting internal dashboards as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Family Office Planning & Reporting (30%)
- Coordinate information gathering for all investments, including diligence requests, periodic reporting, compliance, audits, and dispositions.
- Use AI to consolidate private equity, real estate, and other asset management reporting into regular executive team and ownership updates.
- Support Family Office planning related to investments, asset allocation, acquisitions, dispositions, liquidity, estate matters, gifting, grants, and other priorities.
- Build practical, durable, AI-enabled processes that connect documents, meetings, models, executive summaries, and portfolio reporting with appropriate human review.
- Contribute to the preparation of Family Office investment programs and mandates.
- Collaborate with the accounting and Family Office teams on investment tracking, finance, accounting, and reporting procedures.

AI Fluency
We're less interested in how many AI tools you've used and more interested in how effectively you use them. You should be comfortable leveraging tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini Notebook, Granola, or similar platforms to support real business work.
Successful candidates know how to:
- Write effective prompts.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated content.
- Identify when human judgment is essential.
- Build practical workflows that improve efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for executives and ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in investment analysis, underwriting, asset management, private equity, commercial real estate, or a similar analytical role.
· Demonstrated experience building financial models, conducting diligence, and translating complex information into clear analysis and recommendations.
Candidates with fewer years of traditional experience but strong AI fluency and workflow design capabilities are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
