Duties
- Lead and supervise the social services team to deliver personalized care and support to residents.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate social service programs tailored to residents’ developmental needs and behavioral health requirements.
- Manage relationships with residents’ families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Oversee administrative functions including documentation, compliance with regulations, and budgeting for social services operations.
- Conduct assessments of residents’ psychosocial needs and create individualized care strategies that promote independence and well-being.
- Facilitate behavioral health interventions and support services to enhance residents' mental health stability.
- Ensure all social service activities adhere to state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.
Experience
- Proven management experience leading social services or related programs within healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Strong background in working with diverse populations, including those with complex behavioral health challenges.
- Solid administrative skills including budgeting, record keeping, and compliance management.
- Knowledge of social work principles, community resources, and relationship management strategies essential for fostering collaborative partnerships. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
