Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) -Richmond, VA
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at New Patterns ABA VA, a leading provider of in-home and community-based ABA therapy. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other qualifying diagnoses reach their full potential.
About the Role
We are seeking immediate availability for full-time or part-time BCBA's to serve clients in their homes, schools, or community settings. As a BCBA with New Patterns ABA VA, you will be responsible for assessing and developing behavior intervention plans, implementing and monitoring plans, providing training and support to staff and caregivers, and collecting and analyzing data to track progress.
Responsibilities
Serve clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed
Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other qualifying diagnoses
Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies
Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
