Position Summary:
Valiant Branch Incorporated is currently hiring a Customer Experience Representative to support customer interactions within established retail locations in the South Bend area.
This is a full-time, in-person role focused on assisting customers, answering questions, and helping create a positive and professional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers inside retail store locations
- Provide clear and accurate information on available services
- Respond to customer questions and general inquiries
- Assist customers with reviewing service options
- Support account setup and basic service-related requests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Services Supported:
Customers may inquire about services such as mobile plans, home internet options, and general account-related support available within the retail location.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
