Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Day, Night & Baylor Shifts | Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Pay: Up to $45/hour base + Differentials
- $3/hour for evenings,
- $5/hour for overnights, and
- $3/hour for weekends,
- additional differentials available
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (full-time)

Requirements
- Active Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- 1+ year experience preferred (SNF, long-term care, or acute care)
- New graduates welcome with strong clinical foundation
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a team-based care environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care (SNF) setting
- Conduct resident assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support geriatric, dementia, and rehabilitation care
