We are a well-established Cosmetic and Family Dentistry practice in Sugar Land seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedule 28-32 hours
Office Hours
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms as needed)
- Check patients in and out
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Assist with patient education
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Familiarity with OpenDental (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support the entire office
