What You’ll Do
- Support daily store operations while learning how to run a retail business
- Train in leadership skills including scheduling, merchandising, and team development
- Help recruit, coach, and motivate a high-energy team
- Deliver standout customer experiences that drive sales and loyalty
- Assist with store events and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing sales floor
- Follow safety, security, and loss prevention standards

What You Bring
- 1+ year of customer service experience (retail preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
