At Juicy Kitchen, our mission is to nurture people with healthy, creative, flavorful food prepared with love! We are looking for an experienced, reliable, creative chef to lead our small but mighty back of house team. Job duties include following all food safety protocols, training back of house employees, maintaining high standards/quality control for all dishes, keeping up with prep, and managing inventory/ordering. Applicants should have prior back of house management experience, be ServSafe certified, work well in a high volume, fast paced restaurant setting, and have a positive, team player attitude with a passion for cooking veggie-forward, locally sourced dishes. Shifts take place Wednesday-Friday 6am-3pm and Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm (the cafe is closed Mondays & Tuesdays).
