Experienced Italian Line Cook
Schedule: Thursday–Monday
Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
We’re looking for an experienced cook who understands Italian cuisine and can thrive in a busy dinner-service environment. Our restaurant takes pride in serving authentic dishes made with fresh ingredients, including homemade pasta prepared in-house.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to our standards
- Work alongside our kitchen team during dinner service
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous restaurant cooking experience
- Has experience with Italian cuisine
- Experience making fresh pasta is highly preferred
- Works well under pressure and as part of a team
- Is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in their craft
Prep Cook / Kitchen Prep Assistant
Schedule: Thursday–Monday
Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $17 per hour
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to help prepare ingredients and assist with kitchen operations before service begins.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients
- Assist with fresh pasta preparation
- Keep prep stations clean and organized
- Follow recipes and preparation standards
- Help ensure the kitchen is ready for dinner service
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Can work independently and follow directions
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
