The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting printed garments, verifying counts, packing completed orders, and ensuring every order meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, notices details others miss, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. As one of the final checkpoints before an order ships, you'll play a direct role in protecting our reputation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect printed garments for print quality, placement, color accuracy, and defects.
- Accurately count garments and verify quantities.
- Communicate quality concerns to the Quality Control Lead or Press Operator.
- Pack completed orders and prepare them for shipping.
- Complete packing lists and required documentation.
- Keep work areas organized and prevent order mix-ups.
- Support the production team while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Manufacturing or screen printing experience is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions
This position is performed in an active manufacturing environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
