About Us:
We are a rapidly growing company that designs, builds, and manages high-complexity laboratories inside private physician practices across the United States. Most doctors outsource their testing - we show them how to bring that in-house with better patient care, faster turnaround, and profit margins routinely ranging from $500K to $1M annually. From space planning and equipment procurement to certifications (CLIA, Medicare), staffing, SOPs, quality assurance, and validations - we handle everything.
What You’ll Do:
- Target physician groups with 2 or more providers - especially Urology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice.
- Focus on practices performing urine testing or toenail clippings for fungal testing that could be converted to PCR workflows.
- Build your own market - identify key decision makers, pitch the model, and convert interest into signed partnerships.
- Collaborate with our internal team to assess practice fit, structure custom proposals, and support onboarding.
Who You Are:
- Proven performer - top 10% in past roles in healthcare, diagnostics, or medtech sales.
- Strategic thinker - can explain clinical value and financial upside to medical decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial - able to hunt, create opportunity, and follow through to close.
- Organized, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Preferably have established relationships with Urology, Podiatry or Large Internal Medicine/Family Practices in California, Arizona.

Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field of study; or an equivalent level of competencies, skills and experience.
- Superior understanding and knowledge of PCR testing, and ability to explain and sell to prospective clients.
- 5+ years sales experience required.
- Established relationships with medical providers is essential to success.
- Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain state required insurance vehicle coverage.
