Job Description – Journeyman Plumber
GMP Plumbing
GMP Plumbing is an established and expanding plumbing company seeking high quality individuals to join our team. Responsibilities consist of working with the plumbing team, layout, repair, and installation of plumbing systems and direct customer interaction.
This individual shall have their St. Louis County and St. Louis City Journeyman licenses. Plumbers hired that have a Journeyman's license will receive a $5,000 signing bonus.
Position requirements include, but not limited to:
Duties/Responsibilities
· Install, repair and maintenance of drainage, water distribution, plumbing fixtures and equipment, commercial and residential
· Positive and effective communication
· Consistent and reliable attendance
Required Skills/Abilities
· Municipal licenses as described above
· MUST HAVE PLUMBING EXPERIENCE
· A clean driving record
· Pass a DOT physical
· Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
· Ability to physically handle the demands of the job including: navigating stairs, entering tight or physically constricting spaces, hot or cold weather, lift and move with up to 80 pounds
· Maintaining a safe working environment
