Must-have requirements for Inventory Control Clerk

Stand-up forklift experience

1–2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning or warehouse management systems

Knowledge of cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and variance reporting

Understanding of Good Distribution Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice standards

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Role for Inventory Control Clerk

Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy

Reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare detailed variance reports

Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials and maintain warehouse organization
