Overnight\ Weekend Logistics Coordinator
Chuck’s is a logistics firm and storage facility located in Schertz, Texas. We are seeking a detail oriented, responsible individuals to fill the position of overnight and also weekends Logistics Coordinator. These positions is full time and offers competitive wages and paid benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and resolve incoming calls
- Track and verify truck locations prior to delivery
- Assist with getting trucks dispatched & loaded
- Communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and updates
- Verify product information including case counts, temperature readings and pallet counts on active loads
- Verify invoice and payable are correct before closing loads
- Job Requirements:
- Computer knowledge and proficiency (Windows based preferred)
- Effective telephone skills
- Bilingual preferred but not a requirement
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive customer service attitude
- Accounting knowledge a plus
