Swim Instructor
Duties:
- Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
- Implement lesson plans that focus on water safety, stroke development, and overall swimming technique
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student achievements
Skills:
- Swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Experience working with students, preferably in a teaching or coaching capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages and abilities
- Knowledge of water safety practices and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
