Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service as the “Face” of Firehouse Subs

Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact

Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness of store, merchandise, and equipment

Follow all food safety, security, and operational guidelines
Physical and Operational Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout the shift

Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers (40°F to -10°F)

Operate food preparation machinery safely and efficiently
