Overview
We are seeking two skilled and motivated Rehab Technicians to join our team. This role is dedicated strictly to home refurbishments — not general park maintenance. You will be responsible for transforming handyman homes into move-in ready properties within structured timelines. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in residential repairs, this is an opportunity for steady, full-time work with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete full home rehabs within a 160-hour timeline
- Install subflooring and regular flooring
- Hang doors and cabinets
- Perform interior painting and finishing work
- Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Ensure homes are fully prepared for occupancy
Qualifications
- Must provide your own tools
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in residential home refurbishments
- Knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable and quality-focused
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $18/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time – 40 hours per week (no overtime)
- Benefits available after 30 days
- Consistent, project-based workload
Please note: Job duties may be adjusted once current refurbishment projects are completed.
