Stride Staffing is hiring Machine Operators / Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. This position involves setting up and operating specialized assembly machinery, utilizing shop-floor computer systems, and maintaining production flow while ensuring strict quality and safety standards.
Set up and safely operate test, balance, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools and equipment.
Verify physical components on the Bill of Materials (BOM) against technical drawings before starting assembly.
Perform computer functions in shop-floor software to print labels, look up part numbers, track lot locations, and document material scrap.
Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection) at all times.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Basic computer skills are required to navigate inventory and labeling software.
Strong rapid hand-eye coordination is essential.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular, daily basis.
Steady Work Week: Reliable schedule with a minimum of 40 hours required weekly.
Modern Equipment: Gain hands-on experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and specialized testing tools!
