Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor to join our privately owned boutique Studio. The ideal candidate is an experienced Pilates Instructor, with a Balanced Body certification or similar. A background in rehabilitation and working with special populations is preferred. This role requires an understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to design engaging and safe workout programs tailored to individual needs for small group classes, semi-private, and private sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
- Educate clients on proper techniques and movements to enhance their understanding of Pilates.
- Design customized fitness programs that cater to various skill levels and fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Promote the benefits of Pilates and encourage participation in classes through effective fitness sales strategies.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of physiology and anatomy as it relates to Pilates.
- Experience in group class instruction, managing different levels and personalities.
- Familiarity with program design principles for diverse fitness levels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Additional background in movement, dance, yoga, a plus
- A passion for promoting health, wellness, and physical activity within the community.

Pay: $24.00 - $72.00 per hour
