Musser's Tree Service is a small business in Pennsylvania. We are professional, fast-paced and supportive. Our goal is to hire individual/individuals who are team players and are willing to continue to learn and are dependable. We are located in the Elizabethtown/Hershey, Pennsylvania area and provide services within a 25-30 mile radius of our location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tree care and maintenance tasks, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees in various landscapes. This role requires a strong understanding of tree trimming techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation and a willingness to learn. Your Responsibilities:
Climb trees using proper techniques (rope & saddle, spikes when necessary)
Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removals safely and efficiently
Operate chainsaws, rigging equipment, and other tree care tools
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Ground operations using proper rope techniques
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
What We’re Looking For:
Somebody who is trainable and willing to learn
Ability to safely use climbing and cutting equipment
Must have a CDL license
MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE or OLDER WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
