**Job Overview:**
The Baymont Hotel By Wyndham Manteca is seeking a resident manager on duty to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of all hotel departments.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure high-quality customer service
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in hotel operations.
- Previous Wyndham hotel experience will be given preference
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with night audit procedures
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally
- Experience in revenue management and maximizing profits
- Understanding of front desk operations in a hotel setting
