Schedule: Monday–Saturday, approximately 45 hours/week
Pay: Starting at $17/hour, depending on experience

U Rent It is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team as an Equipment Yard & Delivery Associate.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll work with rental equipment, help customers, prepare orders, pull scaffolding, make deliveries, and help keep our yard and equipment in top shape.
No rental or equipment experience? That's okay. We will train the right person.
U Rent It has been serving the West Michigan community since 1949, and we're looking for someone who wants to learn valuable hands-on skills and become a long-term part of our team.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload rental equipment for customers
- Clean, inspect, fuel, and prepare equipment for rental
- Pull and organize equipment rental orders
- Pull, load, and organize scaffolding orders
- Assist customers with equipment and loading
- Make local equipment deliveries and pickups
- Properly load and secure equipment and trailers
- Help maintain and organize the rental yard
- Assist mechanics with basic equipment preparation and maintenance
- Operate a variety of rental equipment as training is provided
- Help keep the facility, yard, and equipment clean and organized
- Perform general labor and other tasks necessary to keep the rental operation running smoothly

Previous experience with construction, landscaping, automotive work, farming, equipment, trailers, or mechanical work is a plus—but not required.
