Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule plumbing service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-ups
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in ServiceTitan
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and service-related questions
- Support technicians by updating job information and customer records
- Follow up on unsold estimates and maintenance opportunities
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling multiple tasks in a busy office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required (1-2 years)
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry preferred
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
