A DQ Restaurant Team Member is responsible for providing superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by International Dairy Queen (IDQ). Your goal is to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations on every visit in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency. Team Members demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care and concern towards Guests and co-workers alike throughout the course of completing all assigned tasks.
