The IT Sr. Systems Analyst Lead - Warehouse Management & Logistics is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions that enable warehouse, logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
The position leads application enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing a team of analysts supporting the Warehouse Management and Logistics domain. Responsibilities include business analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, production support, vendor coordination, and roadmap planning to ensure solutions align with business priorities, IT standards, and governance requirements.
- Lead the delivery, support, and enhancement of Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, and related supply chain applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements, improve processes, and implement technology solutions.
- Manage application roadmaps, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee production support, incident resolution, system maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and change management requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts while coordinating activities across business, IT, and external partners.
- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, technology adoption, and innovation.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related business systems.
- Experience leading application implementations, enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing analysts, vendors, or project teams.
- Strong business analysis, solution design, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
