Compensation is set between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour, depending on your professional experience. You will be working the first shift, which runs from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Please note that availability for overtime hours is a requirement for this position.
Core Duties

Construct electrical and mechanical parts along the production line.

Conduct thorough assembly evaluations and document all findings.

Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to integrate components and finalize product builds.

Keep hand tools in good working order, replacing them when necessary to ensure optimal output and quality.

Examine components for proper fit and aesthetic quality, notifying the line lead of any defects.

Oversee completed items to help ensure the team consistently meets high-quality standards.

Keep the manufacturing area tidy and organized.

Adhere to all standard safety protocols to help maintain a secure environment for the entire team.

Utilize all required safety gear and personal protective equipment.

Analyze and utilize technical blueprints for assembly tasks.
Qualifications

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent GED.

Background in assembly within a high-speed, quality-focused production setting.

At least one year of professional experience in mechanical assembly.

Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, testing devices, and machinery to build products.

Strong ability to communicate effectively with others.

Physical capacity to remain standing and mobile for extended shifts.

Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to execute repetitive motions consistently.

Dependable means of getting to and from work.

Successful completion of a background screening.
