Overview
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Mail Services Coordinator to join our on-site operations team. This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering mail and packages across four commercial towers, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to a variety of tenants, including corporate offices and law firms.
Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and sort incoming mail and packages from various carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Coordinate and complete the delivery of packages to tenants across four towers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with tenants regarding package arrivals, delays, or special handling requests.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive or high-priority deliveries.
- Assist with organizing the mailroom and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
- Follow all building protocols and safety procedures related to deliveries and access.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with tenants and building staff.
