Step onto the line at a busy sandwich shop where you prep ingredients from scratch. You will learn to use the grill, run the fry station, and keep the front counter moving. We do not require any prior restaurant experience. We teach you the recipes and how to safely handle the kitchen equipment.
What We Need From You
- Required:
- 16 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to the US Hwy 36 location
- Consistent attendance to cover your scheduled shifts
- Preferred:
- Willingness to learn multiple kitchen stations
- Patience when talking with guests during busy lunch rushes
- Initiative to wipe down tables or prep ingredients during downtime
Your Shift Tasks
- Grill hot subs and cook fries to order on the main service line.
- Bake fresh bread daily and squeeze lemons for lemonade.
- Take customer orders accurately at the front register and process payments.
- Prep fresh meats and vegetables before peak lunch and dinner hours.
- Wipe down tables and sweep the dining room so guests have a clean place to eat.
- Keep the service line moving efficiently alongside your shift managers.
