Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers with a professional, friendly attitude
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily calendars
- Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems
- Support office operations and assist team members as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer, every day
- Manage customer inquiries and coordinate communication between customers and technicians
Qualifications
- Experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Service industry experience is required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office software
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
