We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This is a flexible opportunity to provide hands-on care while supporting residents in achieving greater independence.
What You'll Do:

Assist with occupational therapy programs under OT supervision

Support residents with daily living tasks and functional activities

Guide therapeutic exercises to improve coordination and strength

Track progress and communicate updates to the OT

Complete documentation accurately and on time
