About the Role
As a Logistics Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in the seamless flow of goods by managing inventory accuracy and optimizing order fulfillment processes. You will utilize RF scanners and material handling equipment to ensure that our supply chain operations remain efficient, accurate, and timely.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise inventory management through daily cycle counts and systematic stock organization.

Streamline order fulfillment by picking, packing, and staging merchandise for efficient distribution.

Process incoming freight by verifying counts and updating digital records within our warehouse management system.

Operate heavy machinery, including reach trucks and forklifts, to safely transport materials throughout the facility.

Resolve shipping discrepancies and manage return processing to maintain high standards of inventory integrity.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and facility maintenance standards.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Current certification or proficiency in operating reach trucks and forklifts.

Strong technical aptitude with RF scanners and data entry systems.

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs on a consistent basis.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex work instructions and procedural manuals.

Strong mathematical skills for accurate unit measurement and inventory tracking.
