Position: Full time
Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
Job Description: Be a liaison between the customer and the collision repair needs. Update customers on the status of their vehicles. Be able to answer customer phone calls in a friendly manner and set up appointments for vehicle servicing. Handle all the billing of the customers paperwork.

Summary
As a Dealer Body Shop Estimator, you will be essential in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates to customers. Reporting to the Service Manager, your role requires strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge, along with exceptional customer service skills. Your experience in auto estimating and service writing will ensure effective communication with clients and technicians alike. With a focus on upselling and dealership experience, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and profitability of the body shop while ensuring high-quality auto body repairs and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
