Duties

- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote good behavior and foster a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Incorporate curriculum development strategies that support child development milestones and individual learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through meetings, reports, or digital platforms.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor each child's growth in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.
- Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols including first aid and CPR certifications.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children in early childhood settings or preschool environments.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in curriculum development tailored for preschool learners across various domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment.

- Familiarity with preschool teaching standards, standardized testing procedures, and early childhood education best practices.
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are required; additional qualifications in childhood welfare or special education are a plus.
