What You're Doing
- We’re sure you know the drill because you’re an experienced auto collector, but just to be clear you are collecting on delinquent auto loan’s anywhere from 60+ days past due. We are small but mighty, so we need someone that's flexible and able to jump in and help where needed as well as work a Saturday and late shift here and there.
- You’re doing the basics like resolving routine billing inquiries and negotiating payment arrangements to cure delinquent accounts.
- We need someone that has the skills and patience to help educate our customers on account terms and alternate payment programs and methods. We are a service first kind of team.
- Since you are awesome we are sure you will have no problem in meeting or exceeding monthly goals to help assure accounts are current and customers are educated, while still providing a high level of customer service and staying within all FDCPA guidelines.
- Assist other departments and team members as needed, we are a small company so want someone okay with rolling up their sleeves and jumping in to help other departments and team members as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, bilingual English Spanish is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of back-end collections experience at another auto-finance company with a track record of success is absolutely required!
- Ability to multi-task and proven track record of working independently.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult client issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with customers and co-workers. We’re teamwork people and culture people so looking for teamwork and culture minded people to join us.
