Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities.
- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and housekeeping management to ensure high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
