Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that our work environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers. You will also be repsonsible to stack cold rooms and clean pumps.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility
- Maintain supplies by restocking restroom amenities and cleaning materials as needed
- Stock cold and other shelves as required.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in commercial cleaning environments
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance is a plus
Pay: $8.00 - $11.00 per hour
