IT Support Specialist
Position Summary
USA Farm Labor is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for
approximately 40 in-house employees. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technology issues, supporting
employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining company technology assets, and working with third-party vendors to
ensure reliable business operations.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to employees experiencing hardware, software, printer, phone, email, internet,
Wi-Fi, or connectivity issues.
Set up systems imaging and maintain computers, monitors, phones, printers, peripherals, ADT, door codes, and
other technology equipment.
Create, maintain, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across company systems.
Prepare technology for employee onboarding and coordinate equipment recovery and account removal during
offboarding.
Support conference room technology, meetings, webinars, and presentations.
Maintain inventory of company technology assets, including computers, monitors, printers, phones, networking
equipment, and software license renewals.
Coordinate with outsourced IT providers, internet service providers, software vendors, and hardware suppliers to
resolve issues beyond internal capabilities.
Process technology-related invoices, coordinate equipment repairs, and track issues through resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
Qualifications Preferred
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
One year of experience providing IT support, Help Desk support, or technical support preferred.
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with employees across all departments.
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, printers, Wi-Fi, and common business
technology is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
