Summary: Operating production equipment in a quality and proficient manner.

Operate power tools, hand tools, machinery and computers.

Perform equipment changeovers.

Responsible for quality control.

Complete daily production paperwork.

Operate within standard operating procedures.

Perform equipment and tooling Preventative Maintenance as required.

Operate forklift.
-
Clean and maintain work area.

Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.

Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to use tape measure, calipers, etc.

Must be able to read blueprints.

Mechanical aptitude/ability, i.e.: cutting rubber/aluminum, drilling and tapping, etc.

Fundamental knowledge of adhesive and fasteners.

Must pass a preemployment background screening

Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds.

Use of safety equipment including but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, safety boots or shoes. Loosefitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
