Experienced Mig Welder with 3-5 years; Individual will need leadership skills and able to weld carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Will perform a full range of fitting, assembly and welding operations to fabricate a wide variety of weldments and sub-assemblies. Individual will work from drawings, specs, blueprints etc. Individual will also fit, file, grind, aligns parts, clamp and weld weldments & sub assemblies. Individual maybe asked to fabricate a jig-fixture for long run parts or one off parts. Individual will also need to read tape measure, calipers, other various measuring devices perform inspection of parts. We offer employee insurance, vacation after 1 year paid, paid holidays. 4 day week (4-10hrs) M-TH, over time as needed, 401K plan w/ company match
