Store Manager – Wetzel’s Pretzels (Utah)

Wetzel’s Pretzels Utah is growing, and we are looking for a Store Manager who is ready to step into full store leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Assistant Manager or newer General Manager from a larger restaurant concept who wants ownership of their own location and a clear path to grow as we expand.
Our bakeries are lower volume than large chain restaurants, which means you will gain hands-on experience in every area of the business, from labor management and inventory control to sales growth and team development.
What You’ll Own
- Full day-to-day store operations
- Hiring, training, and scheduling your team
- Managing labor and food cost targets
- Driving sales and increasing average ticket
- Maintaining brand and food safety standards
- Leading from the front during peak hours
This is a hands-on leadership role. Expect to be actively involved in daily operations.
Who This Role Is Ideal For
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- (Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or General Manager)
- Experience in fast casual, QSR, or high-volume food service
- Comfortable working 45 hours per week, including weekends
- Strong leadership, accountability, and coaching skills
- Someone who wants to grow into multi-unit leadership as we expand. If you’re currently an Assistant Manager at a larger brand and feel ready to run your own store, this is your next step.

About Wetzel’s Pretzels
Armed with a vision and a tasty recipe for soft pretzel perfection, Bill Phelps and Rick Wetzel opened the first Wetzel’s Pretzels bakery in Redondo Beach, California in 1994.
