We are looking for a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team starting September 1st, 2026.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible in NY)
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- (Strong, confident new grads will be considered!)
- Must be aligned with a child-led, play-based approach
- Comfortable working with children of varying abilities and diagnoses
Confident in:
- Completing evaluations
- Writing clear, functional goals
- Running individual sessions + small groups
- Ability to manage a full caseload and longer treatment days
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creative, energetic, and willing to contribute ideas
- Comfortable creating fun, engaging social media content (Reels, activities, etc.)
Schedule (Non-Negotiable Full-Time Hours):
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Includes 45-minute unpaid lunch daily
- Paid documentation time built into your schedule
Location & Travel Requirements:
- Majority of sessions take place at our Seaford clinic location
- This position includes limited local travel to nearby preschools within close proximity to the clinic
- Travel is minimal (typically within 1–4 miles) and scheduled efficiently (seeing multiple students in one location)
