Front Desk Supervisor – Full Time

What You’ll Do
As our Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll help lead the daily operation of the Front Desk while supporting our team and ensuring every guest receives the service they expect from a Hilton property.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and support Front Desk team members during daily operations
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests throughout their stay
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest requests, and problem resolution
- Serve as a leader and resource for Front Desk team members, helping ensure consistent procedures and service standards
- Train and coach new and existing Front Desk employees
- Complete required reports and assist with maintaining accurate Front Desk records
- Address guest concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions
- Communicate important guest, operational, and staffing information to management
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Front Desk and lobby
- Ensure hotel and company policies and procedures are consistently followed
- Support the Front Office Manager and General Manager with daily operational needs
- Lead by example and help create a positive, respectful team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash, completing audits, and maintaining accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn hotel systems and software
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to take care of our guests and our team
