This role involves precision soldering through-hole under a microscope and working with advanced pick-and-place equipment in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solder through-hole components under a microscope
- Set up and break down feeders; load and scan feeders on pick-and-place equipment
- Load, unload, and scan PCBs on pick-and-place machines
- Place loose components onto printed circuit boards
- Set up, operate, and maintain surface mount equipment
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a respectful, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of surface mount PCB assembly experience
- Strong knowledge of surface mount assembly processes
- Familiarity with assembly standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)
- Ability to identify electronic components
- Comfortable reading written and digital instructions
- Basic computer and machine operation skills
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment
Pay: Up to $26/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
