Duties
- Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies with precision and care
- Support food production processes by measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked items efficiently
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Package baked products securely for sale or catering orders while maintaining presentation quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and managing allergens appropriately
- Support high-volume production during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of fresh baked goods
Requirements
- No experience required—we will provide training.
- Passion for baking and a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety guidelines.
- Weekend availability is preferred.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
