Overview:
Under moderate supervision, perform a variety of tasks in the kitchen, cafeteria and patient care areas.
Responsibilities:
- Cold food preparation.

Assist in executing catering functions.

Stocking of supplies.

Documentation of temperatures. Operating a cash register.

Working the grill/fryer station.

Assembly and transporting of patient trays and carts.

Working in the dish-room.

Trash removal.

Receiving and storage of supplies.

Weekly / daily cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
Preference given to those who have had experience with some aspects of the job to include assignments &/or food service equipment. On the job training provided. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
