What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming heart of our practice—supporting clients, coordinating care, and keeping our days running smoothly.
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and provide invoices
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians
- Educate clients on services, medications, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate patient and client records
- Help guide clients during urgent or emotional situations with empathy
- Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
- Follow up with clients to ensure continued care and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous veterinary customer service or receptionist experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and practice management software
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a love for teamwork
