Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

Assists and supports IT team who work with end users and primary stakeholders to ensure systems meet the organization's business needs.
- Takes ownership, responsibility, and accountability of supporting business systems.
- Helps provide support and troubleshooting to end users to meet IT Service Level Agreements for incident management.
- Helps to perform system tests and ensures that test requirements are met.
- Helps to maintain system documentation for effective backup support.
- Communicates issues to management appropriately.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Assist IT Systems Analyst I staff with application configuration.
