Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team! In this vital role, you will coordinate and execute shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Package and label products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment accuracy through warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct order packing using order pickers and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by stocking items correctly and updating stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Assist in warehouse distribution tasks such as load & unload activities, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols during all shipping and warehouse operations to promote a secure working environment.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with exposure to shipping logistics, order picking & packing, or stock management.
- Hands-on experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks such as load & unload activities while maintaining safety standards.
- Warehouse experience involving e-commerce order fulfillment or distribution centers is advantageous.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
