Pay
$20-$40 per hour, flat rate
- Depends on Experience and certifications
Up to $20,000 Signing Bonus/Moving Assistance
Semimonthly pay on the 10th and 25th of each month
Hours
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm., Optional 3- and 4-day work
weeks.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the Repair Order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
Correctly diagnose drivability issues in a timely manner, the first time
Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well informed of any additional services needed or recommended.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s experience comes first.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check
Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair, service procedures, and specifications
Preferred
5+ years of Service Technician experience
ASE Certification
A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
