Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. This attorney will represent clients through a federal administrative process with the EEOC. This role requires strong negotiation skills. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in mediation and negotiation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Duties
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations and mediation.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide expert advice on labor and employment law.
- Maintain detailed records of case files and client communications.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in any state.
